It was s cool evening just before the hammatan sets in. A small boy was kicking is ball all over the place , His father sat nearby enjoying cool breeze of the evening. Suddenly, the ball fell on the roof of thr house and got stuck there. The "clever" boy quickly got a long stick with wich to dislodge the his ball from the roof . When he move back to a point where he could see the ball on the roof he would be too far from the house!
After several futile attempt effort to reach his ball, the boy in desperation went to meet his father. With tears in his eyes he appealed to the old manor help. The father look at him rather sadly and said. Didn't you see me here all this time? Why do you have to wait till you are tired and frustrated before coming to for help? The boy did not say a word.
The father got up and in a moment the ball was aging inthe boy's eager hands. Thank you, Dady, he said " I hope you have leant you lesson" the father reply.

Many of us are like this boy in this story. We are true son and daughter of God, born-again, sanctified, holly living and tongue talking. Yet we carry our burden about apparently ignoring the facts that our father in heaven is more than able to solve all problems. Ephesians 3:20 "Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think according to power that worketh in us" Of course, we know that is able we feel we should try our best first. After all we are stron wise, and experienced. But did not, 1peter 5:7 says that we should cast all our care upon Him because He cares for us? If we are to cast all our care upon Him then why are we still carrying part of the burden ourselves?

Don't help God but let God help you.
