Yesterday some of lagos residence testified about a stranged occurance tht happen in their hood on newyear day.some people were amazed to wht is seen as a new change of government in year 2014.

I can sense it, it also happen here too but the transformer blew up like 2times nd was repaired immediately, so up till now 7.30 am 2nd of january. There is still light. That doesn't mean transformation of nigeria. We are still looking up till 48hrs. I reserve my comment

Well observed OP. Unfortunately, even few years ago, 8 hours of interrupted power supply was a norm in my area and on new year's day you could have it all without a moment of darkness. The fact that we now celebrate 8hours on new year's day shows how "transformed" our recent experience of power supply has been.
