When am really busy and stressed i can forget to eat for up to two days .Its only when am dizzy i remember i have not eaten. Most of my friends eat more when they are stressed but i eat less. I can really pig in when i want and i pig in very often .Ican eat a whole duck on my own in one sitting. But i have put a limit on my self and that is 60kg. (120pounds) not a gramm more,. I am always between 55 and 60. two years ago i was 50 kg but people said i look sick so i added . I do not think that the same method works for every one. I have always hated sports in any form. |

By the way my 12 year old has a weight problem she has my hight that is tall for her age but the weight as mine but thats too much for her age. I gave her the option between 1 and 4 on the list she too picked 1. But because she is still a child , she has to eat something so i write down what and how much she should eat and she dose it. Am not around at lunch time. But i set her a limit too so i only put her on a diet when she has passed the limit. now she is 61kg so she has to go back to under 60. The problem starts when people let themselves go . I think every one should set a limit for her/his self that they can cope with and hold to it . even if the limit is 80 kg |

If you're trying to keep the weight off, instead of just losing it temporarily, I would suggest number 4. Losing weight is one thing, but maintaing that reduced weight is also very important and I would advice excersizing and aerobics and getting into a daily routine, so you don't fall back to the old weight. If you try to starve yourself, you take the risk of crashing that diet when hunger hits you. I would say a good mixture of slowly and gradually reducing and changing what and how much you eat, coupled with some excercising would help. This means, substituting some of what you eat for healthier versions and eventually reducing the amount. A few things with that: 1. Don't make the mistake that because you're now eating a healthier version of something, you should consume any amount you want. ( I did this, and it wasn't too helpful.) 2. Don't Dramatically reduce the amount you eat, (Like going from three meals a day to one meal a day) instead do it slowly and gradually. When you starve your body for too long, when you finally eat, what you eat will be stored as fat. And sometimes when you start exercising, you get more hungry than before (This happened to me), so you might just be ready to go to bed when you find yourself been struck by the wrath of hunger. 3. Try not to eat close to the time you're going to bed. This is bad because your food will not have time to digest. So I will recommend eating dinner maybe three hours before going to bed and if you get hungry before then, have a light and healthy snack. 4. Aerobics and excersicing will give you more energy throughout the day and help reduce stress, help you think better (it did for me LOL), keep you more active rather than sluggish and tired, etc, It also helps you turn fat to muscle, which is definitely healthier and in the long run, will prove more beneficial. I won't say the result will come fast. If you're dedicated, it might take some time, but I believe you'll enjoy the result and for a longer period of time. (my .02 kobo) Good Luck. 1 Like |

Most women i know eat more when they are depressed and that in the middle of the night.Like a bucket of icecream or so. That has happened to me only once .I woke up in the middle of the nicht ,went to the kitchen and started eating.I felt like a pig. |

Eat everything you get ur hands on, chocs, pizza with double cheese, fries, burgers, lots of ice cream, and dont forget 8 cans of soda daily, meat meat and meat, then just go to the toilet, stick ur fingers down ur throat, and let it all flow out. you can eat everything you crave for time after time forever and still not gain an ounce. it's called bulimia i hear!
