.It will display if it is standard ,gold, silver after you choose the number, what you need to do is just,go back to earlier page and choose another number again, until it display standard then you confirm.Passcode will be sent to you imediately on the number you use to register, then you enter the code for confirmation. grin

I don't like what this Etisalat are doing o.I called their customer care yesterday, waste almost #400 bucks spoke with a lady for 7 minutes plus. She told me i will receive a pin in which i should call again and finish up my reservation of number.Up till now i have not receive any text msg from them.I won't bother to call them again.Whether they send me the txt or not,it's their own business.

Y r u having a diff story??my brother and siters reserved their nos wid d help of ETISALAT'S call centre agents, and I tell u,those agents were very wonderful, full of courtesy and very nice. The agents even called them back to make sure they got d passcodes 4 redeeming their reserved nos, Can u beat that?
When did any1 get a call from MTN's or Glo's, or even zain's agents?when that happens,it means d world is comind 2 an end,
I believe Etisalat is coming in2 d Telecomms Industry wid superb customer care,I even heard they flew their customer care agents out of d country to giv dem world class training!!Men, dats what I'm talking about, a serious company,

@Zize.There is two sides to a coin ok.Never judge a book by its cover. And to every rules, there is an exception. For your information,When i was having problem with browsing using my Lg u8180 with glo line then,i was amazed after a complained to their customer care the following day the same lady called me only to categorically tell me that i can't browse with my Lg phone using Glo Sim.It's not compatible. And u know what? It's true. So,we better reframe from this sentimental attitude of ours that Etisalat is a kind of "PERFECT".
Re: Etisalat - Nigeria's 5th GSM Operator by tobs(m): 5:57am On Sep 18, 2008

This registration has been on for some days, so it's most likely someone else chose your "unique number".

Hmmn, gist!
Nigeria r u ready to talk!
I hope they give all 'em glo, zain and MTN a run for their money in terms of services,
Its one thing to have a good name because i know when i go to Dubai it is Hot cake; but the Nigerian Factor, i hope it doesn't affect their network.
And who said 4G!!! Its not possible. Abi they want to crash other networks,  imagine phones burning while downloading!!!!
I imagine 2.5G then maybe 3G and all!
whatever abeg, let them roll out and lets see what they've got!
and i just reserved my number, 08098CHISOM!
I like it.
