Just when these hapless Gaynners were rejoicing over beating Mighty Bolton 3-2,they have gone back to their old habits 2 wins in the last 9 games.This is the same Liverpool, Utd has converted to one of our reliable "booty calls"

I am really starting to become 100% convinced that Wenger simply cannot win the champions league,

1. Eboue is simply not good enough for a team like Arsenal, the truth is that he's not good enough even for the bench if the truth be told

2. The team needs another playmaker, so that Hleb gets competition for his place, and stop being inconsistent

3. Walcott still too one dimensional

4. Toure or Gallas has to be dropped to save Arsenal's defense, Dirk Kuyt's goal should not have been possible on a normal day,

5. Arsene Wenger should really sell rosicky and Van Persie, they are too injury prone , its almost like they are not in the team for goodness sake, and really Van Persie is not really that good in my opinion, i rate him to be not better than Robben for goodness sake.

6. Wenger really has to stop behaving like an Economist and for goodness sake buy quality players and sell players like gilberto, Eboue and co

cool down, I made similar observations a few days back - we know Eboue is not good enough, but we need to use all the bodies we have for the series of games coming up. RVP's removal was precautionary, he may miss the league game but will play in the return leg.

I don't think Walcott is too one dimensional, he is improving in leaps and bounds and as he gets more chances, he WILL get better with the end product.

All in all it wasn't a bad night. . .could've been better, but still a whole deal to play for. Best news of all Chelski's defeat All the Bollocks by Anelka and co got them nowhere, heck 'bace even did them a favor by dashing them that away goal. . . .I think Chelski is half way out already, I don't see them stopping this side from scoring at least one at SB.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger could not hide his disappointment after drawing with Liverpool in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final.

The Gunners deservedly went ahead after 23 minutes through Emmanuel Adebayor, but they could not hold as Dirk Kuyt scrambled home an equaliser just moments later.

Arsenal were the better side throughout but they could not find a way through which left Wenger frustrated.

"It is difficult to understand as we had a lot of possession and a lot of chances and it is very difficult to accept that we didn't win the game," Wenger told Sky Sports.

Wenger was also less than amused about his side being denied what appeared a blatant penalty in the second-half when Kuyt looked to pull Alexander Hleb to the floor.

"We were unlucky too, when they equalised I felt we were unlucky and were unlucky on the big decision of the referee on the penalty and in a game like that it is difficult to take it but we have to swallow it.

"That is what is most disappointing because sometimes the referee is in a bad position, but he was five yards away from Kuyt and in fairness it was a 100 per cent penalty.

"We could have done better because we were caught on the break when we were 1-0 up, but Steven Gerrard showed a touch of class and you can always do better when you concede a goal."

Hope

Arsenal now meet Liverpool again on Saturday in the Premier League before the return leg of their Champions League clash at Anfield next week.

"What is important is that we win the next one at the Emitrates on Saturday and then find the resources to win at Anfield and we can do that," he said.

"We want to win the game on Saturday because, of course, the Championship is at stake and that will help us to get the result at Anfield."

Robin van Persie was again forced off with injury and Wenger admits he is a doubt for their next two games against Liverpool

"It doesn't look too bad but we took him off for a precaution but I still think he will be short for next game and possibly the one after," he added.

Its really sad he has picked up an injury again, but it isn't going to be decisive.

We heard all theese tauntings from the mancs when we were held 0-0 by AC Milan.What happenned after?
I am not bothered at all, Luck was just on the 'pool's side and they know it.

The equaliser by liverfluke was just a disaster waiting to happen,what with the lackadaisical way the Gunners played immediately after that we scored

If I had my way,Eboue would be transfer-listed.
From being one of the best right-backs in the world in 2005/2006 season to being one of the worst players to put on an Arsenal shirt in recent times.He can't run anymore, can't shoot,doesn't defend,tries to cheat, always complaining, I really can't explain how come he's turned out horrible so quickly
