Job description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing economic evaluation for operated and non-operated assets of the Company. Specifically, the job holder will peform the following tasks amongst other things:
- Prepare economic evaluation for routine and non-routine activities (operated and non-operated), recommending new oil and gas projects, exploration and production activities that will form the basis for informed management decision making
- Develop, validate and use the economic models employed within EPNL (concession, PSC, Long Term Plans) to present business and economic forecasts and analysis. All models are Excel based.
- Follow-up of Totals stake in NLNG (run and modify NLNG model, have a critical view on NLNG economic studies, NLNG Long Term Plan)
- Actively participate in the E&P Long Term Plan : preparation of input data with the various assets, computation, analysis and presentation of results
- Prepare management presentations on economic matters
Required skills :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in a numerate discipline, preferably Engineering with at least second class upper.
- Masters in Business Administration or other business related discipline OR
- A relevant professional qualification.


Experience :


- At least 2 years experience is a similar role, covering economic and financial analysis, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry

Skills :

- Excellent analysis and computation skills.
- Expert mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of the global energy business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with different teams at all levels.
- Good presentation skills (will be required to make presentations of results to management (on Powerpoint or Word).
