I have a few observations. In favour of Phammyus.

Why would someone quote a reduced mileage for a car without actually reducing it first and then give you the VIN No when he knows quite well that you will then find out what the original mileage was.

This is like shooting yourself in the foot.

Also, if someone is going to reduce the mileage from 145,000 you would expect him to reduce to at least below 100,000 and not just 125,000.

Finally, regarding the so called 'accident'. please note that the accident was in 2004. The odometer then was 54,951miles. Since then the car has done over 90,000miles. it appears it was a fairly minor accident.

Also note the report states :No insurance loss title record 

My impression is that the guy just made some silly mistakes.

What part of Auction car is everyone missing?

When you go to an auction you buy cars without time to check the VIN, all you get is a red, orange, and green light.If he gets a green on the Matrix, he buys and post it up for sale.There is absolutely nothing wrong with cars that have been in a minor accident(most car/drivers have one).If a 1 owner car does 90k after an accident its not bad.

If some of you have issue with the price it cost ~$1800 minimum to ship to naija + ~N300k to clear which will end up @~N.54m. For sale/asking @ N1.4m hes left with N.9m for the car+ profit.

Everybody have the option to get in a plane and buy it in person.Its up to the forces of demand and supply.
