at least we are better than spain, england, ghana, portugal etc UP SUPER EAGLES[/quote All the talk and you couldn't even get a goal. I told y'all your strikers can't score. Where is safarigirl, blueto, Naija noni, Milton, and all the loud mouth Nigerians. Even though you played well, you were only put in that situation because of the ref and easy group. I am happy the Nigeria lost. Tnx God the only mistake in the World Cup has been corrected. |

Now this is my last take on our World Cup ouster: 1. We need a good coach. Someone who can make good selections and who can read games. It was obvious throughout the World Cup and even at the Nations Cup that Keshi had no clue. All he had been doing all this while is "trial and error" which can carry you for a while, but then at a top level like the World Cup, if you don't have anything upstairs, you will be exposed. Only one change changed the game for France. One player going out, ended it for Nigeria. For us to achieve at this level, we need a top tactician and obviously Keshi is not one 2. Yobo confirmed once again that he is a calamity. Thankfully, he can now relax with his 101 caps. I don't expect to see him in national colours again 3. We had no midfield. Mikel is very much overrated but due to lack of confidence, our coach feels he is irreplaceable 4. Enyeama is an average keeper contrary to general belief. Two of the four goals conceded in this tournament were his fault 5. Pls don't blame the referee for dissalowing our "goal". In competitions like this some decisions go against you, some go in your favour. When the referee dissalowed BH's goal, nobody complained 4 Likes |

We almost won today but we lost because of these things. And we were deceiving ourselves in this world cup. Because NO TEAM can win with ONE TEAM. Extremely poor midfield with no attack (Once Onazi went off) - Poor WC team selection (GABRIEL RUEBEN (WHO HAS NO CLUB!!!)INSTEAD OF MBA, NO UCHE, NO ATTACK) - No bench replacements - Mikel didn't step it up (COMPLETELY demoralised the team - He was strolling in defence) - Odemwingie only real guy with passion in that team. ODEMWINGIE SHOULD'VE BEEN CENTRE MIDFIELD BUT WE HAVE NO REPLACEMENTS FOR THE WINGERS TO HELP Our RIGHT AND LEFT BACK Keshi the guy just played 2 Defensive midfield players - It was OVER once Onazi came off. YOBO IS NOT TO BLAME - THE BACK FOUR WERE PERFECT!! POOR SELECTIONS!! Good night 2 Likes |

Lordabas: Today is not a day to blame Keshi, but that time will come. He has some blame to take. Hopefully he (we) will learn from this.rem u are talking of an african coach for that matter.what lessons does he want to learn(chuckles).its nt like he'l be taking us to anoda world cup.besides mikel should know this is his 1st world cup and also his last(abi shey na when he be 31years old na then we go stil dey shout 'mikel mikel'?) snaikel may end in division 2 of epc maybe for bolton or anoda small team.IHEANACHO is definitel taking that jersey num henceforth. 1 Like |

The day I will see real passion for the game of football...and not the money and bonuses that come with it, in the Super Eagles The day...the Super Eagles and indeed African teams will lose a match in a big tournament and cry....instead of exchanging clothes with opponents who just knocked them out....the day the players will wait to come and be consoled by the team that won instead of going to give them congratulatory slaps on the back as it they are bosses.... That is the day I will know that football has come to live in Africa What this Nigeria needs is a coach, preferable non Nigerian who will choose his team based on the correct criteria, who is unbiased and who wont listen to politics and ethnicity in selecting a team Westerhof tried then Keshi is NOT, and has NEVER been the one That said....well done boys (special mention to Enyeama, Osaze, Emenike, Onazi, Musa, Babatunde) The Ivorians and North Africans have always been the ones who show me how much playing for their countries mean to them (Shrugs)...what do I know? 2 Likes |

i am sorry to say this but COACH STEPHEN KESHI is not a Technically sound coach why didn't he send Moses off and bring at least an ezeonyi for onazi. if i was NFF some off this player should not even be paid bonuses and as for appearance fee Mikel should not even think off going near that line that is paying money because he is as good as a GHOST WORKER simply NON existent 1 Like |
