lagtech: From all intents and purposes-there is no point trying to help people get items at low prices, looking for discounts-and then having items delayed for weeks. We want to satisfy our customers and make them happy. Happy customers make a business grow. We are thus cancelling the 9 orders for discounted laptops and netbooks that have been delayed.
