Guys, I seriously need your opinion on this: it is a common thing nowadays to see ladies in thier late thirties desperately in need of a guy to settle with. Don't get me wrong, such an occurrence has been with us from time but it is more rampant this days. Go to churches, offices, residential estates and you will confirm what I am saying. What do you guys think is responsible for this ugly trend and how may we help?

Of course you know a guy can decide to marry at 40 and there would not be any problem but not with ladies!!!!!
