Yes the law has it that we all have freedom of speech and expression but with clauses. Your freedom of speech and expression should NOT be VIOLENT or PROMOTES VIOLENT. If you like go to any law court and insult judge or criticize judges opening in the public or media about their court proceedings and see if they will allow you to move freely without paying your fine. A peaceful demonstration is OK not violent demonstration.
