When she had a chance to get her sentence reduced, she allowed herself to be manipulated (again) by the much smarter girlfriend, Alex, into perjuring herself by lying to the court (a very dumb move that made me wanna throttle her).

First season, the story revolved around her and her endless drama, but in the 2nd season, the showrunners reduced her screen time exponentially, she became just one of the many characters serving time or working in the minimum correctional facility.

Tiffany "Pennsatucky" Doggett is crazy but in a sly manipulative way. She cannot be manipulated and influenced, rather, she does the manipulation. She was a big deal with large fanatical following before getting incarcerated for attempted murder.

Season one, she can be seen as the leader of a "radical religious group" inside the correctional facility's walls. She's talented and can heal people by touching the origin of their ailment as she demonstrated on skeptical Watson. She doesn't like been made a fool of and that can momentarily usher in the dark side of her.

Bottom line: She's crazy but not in a typical way. "Crazy eyes" is a lot more dangerous and unstable than "Pennsatucky", IMHO.

sholay2011: I am a fan of this series. Well developed characters. Enjoyed season 1 but was blown away by Season 2.

That Vee character is one of the most terrific villains I've seen on TV. Chai! Cold manipulative bi.t.ch. The actress that played it (Lorraine Toussant) did an incredible job though.

@adaobi...Vee died at the end of season 2 naa. She was hit by the prison van Morello left for Norman to escape and enjoy life before she dies from her cancer.

There's no Vee in Season 3. She is DEAD.

Maybe to excite her fans/viewers, she may be 'brought back' by producers in later seasons with the excuse that she didn't 'really die' but the Vee character isn't billed for the next season. Check IMDb.

I'm no novice on how twisty things can get on TV shows. Don't be suprise to see her chained up in her hospital bed at next season's premiere after undergoing life saving surgery. I believe she will be back but in a "recurring role" (a guest star).

Okay, I watched that particular episode again. It was actually Watson that initiated the trickery not Alex. The others only served to egg Pennsatucky on, until Piper eventually used the juvie in the wheel chair to set her up.

Anyways...I cant beleive towards the end Piper's boyfriend and her bestfriend hook up and casually came to see her in prison.like wow
Now piper has no one.Alex will probably end up in jail with her and they will hit it off again. But lets wait and see.
