There was a tym we had Emedolu, Fastugba, Metu, Deji Aliu all i see now is Jerks i mean Jelks Chief Solomon Ogba dis fantastically well in Delta State athletics, i was so optimistic that Nigeria athletics will improve bt am yet to see any improvement since he entered d National stage.. From the interview that Blessing gave after the race looks like she and her coaches worked on that problematic transition phase where she losses races to competitive rivals. If she can retain this learning for the future she will fulfill much of her promise. She is very capable of wining two more gold in long-jump and 200.... maybe three, if she runs relay where anything can happen. So, Blessing could single-handedly win most of Nigeria's gold medals. Hope this teaches those tribaliats that are genuinely Nigerian a lesson or two |
