As I moved to pick something from the side drawer, the phone slipped from my hand and fell to the floor. I picked it up not expecting any damage because it was a short distance, considering that my bed is very low.

Alas what did I see? The screen has cracked. I couldn't believe it.
How can this CGG3 break from such a short distance? I'm still is shock right now.
I've just transfered my Sim card from the Infinix to my Bold 5 to enable me post this. Moreso because I have Airtel 2G subscription running.

Please advise me on what to do.
Does my warranty cover the damage?

u must have fallen very hard on the phone, and considering ur floor is hard floor tiles. a friend of mine also has his note 3 screen cracked
when it fell on a floor tiles .he was on a chair when it fell and it cracked.
take ur phone to there care service in computer village. am sure there are spare available but it gonna cost u. sorry buddy u must be really down right now.

I odered for an infinix zero on the 10th of september and I got an email about the shipping details.dat it has been shipped to courierplus for onward delivery.on the 17th of same month,I called konga customer care to know why am yet to receive what I ordered for and to my greatest surprise I was told that its no longer courierplus but Tranex.you can imagine the way I felt.I stayed one week for courierplus and I don't know for how long I will stay again to get it from Tranex.

Dey didn't, probably u deceived ur self, gorilla glass brakes easily, I'm a engineer,likes of Lumia 920 note2,3 cracks easily gorilla glass is more of resistance to scratch than Crack , if u love ur self don't let ur phone fall, get a pouch saves a lot even though I've not gotten mine, and d btr u've been told d capacity, u really deceived ur self.

i noticed that the infinix people, on facebook and website advertise screen protectors of various types. i couldnt help but wonder why such a device with gorilla glass 3 would need it. i guess we need to get one from what i have seen above or find a fitting pouch.

and 1 more thing. We were not deceived. what was written in adverts is that the screen is Scratch-resistant, not damage proof.

sorry for your experience but it isnt as bad as you have painted it or experienced. The 1st one i got was on wifi for 8 hours and still had more than 50%. I guess 3G runs battery down faster than wifi but it wasnt so bad. Sorry bro.
So, what other device are you considering? Tecno Z has a huge battery capacity but costs more than 2ce the infinix.
