what could be the remedy of sleeping in church? I once was in this trap, anytime am in church I will feel sleepy. I tried everything possible to break it but no way, when at home I brought up the topic Nd sm1 said while in church, always carry along Ur writing pad, take notes if the Pastors Sermon Nd Bible passages: open Ur Bible alongside the pastor, butwhen I tried all those trick, it never worked until God helped me. Now I went to church, Nd luckily while at the carport I heard my Name lo it was my pastors daughter so we went into church together Nd about 25 Mins into the service, she told me she is feeling dizzy... hu.. Nd she was asking how do I prevent this sleep? by this time the Pastor was preaching Nd d Ushers are at Work... so nlanders how can someone prevent / stop sleep during message  ***Matured Suggestions pls!!*** |

^^^ What if its a crusade like ours that we closed late the previous night... it went in till like 10:30 Nd b4 I could sleep it was up to 1am nd I still had to attend faith clinic by 7am.. |

I think one of the best way of preventing sleep when message is going on is simply doing the work of an usher. What do i mean by that? Simply stand on your feet and stand if you cannot stand there kindly go to the back of the churc and stand or better still you can take a walk and go back and sit. God bless you.
