I am creating awareness not condemning. Dummy!

So using Ghana as an example of a country that has been able to avoid by being more careful is condemning to you? Are you sure you are ok?

I don't understand the hatred between Nigerians and Ghanaians.....what exactly are they competing for

Are we not supposed to be the two closest countries united with strong bonds and fighting not just to kick Ebola out of Africa but to thrive together in many other sectors?? What's the fight for supremacy for?

Gbosa for you!

But to be honest, I think we Nigerians are the ones who start the bickering as seen on this thread. I use Ghana as an example of a country who has been careful from day one and some bunch of deluded fools in denial thought I was Ghanian and started insulting me.

Yea sure we are careful enough to allow a sick man from a high risk country leave the airport and also the health workers who attended to him without protective gear knowing fully well about ebola. Hospitals have been waiting for the first case of ebola to happen before they start wearing protective overalls.

That's extremely careful I tell ya!

My dear, please pay no heed to them, especially the ones who dubbed you a fool. You are not a fool.
You are one who lacks pride, refinement and worth. Your hunger for attention is far greater than your sense of objectivity
You crave attention and lack the literary and logical prowess to accompany your quest.

Announcement
The attention of the general public is drawn to the recent cases of the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) that were detected in Lagos. As part of the Federal and State governments’ plan to protect its citizens from infection, a robust containment strategy has been developed to be implemented at all levels. To ensure the effectiveness of the response strategy, volunteers are being deployed to support several areas of work. While volunteering is usually done as a means of giving back to society, the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Lagos State Government have partnered to make available some compensation packages as a means of demonstrating our gratitude for your selfless services. The hazardous jobs will have hazard packages that include life insurance.
If you are a graduate and would like to volunteer, please come daily from 9am Monday 11th August 2014 to the Conference Hall of Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital in Yaba with the following:
1. A form of identification (e.g. Driver’s license or passport)
2. Two Passport size pictures
3. Three References
4. Copy of Educational Certification
5. Evidence of previous experience
The various areas for which volunteers are needed are as follows:
1. Health Screening
2. Community Mobilization
3. Administrative Support
4. Clinical Management
5. Contact Tracing
6. Infection Prevention and Control
We are counting on you our brothers and sisters to support this cause; because without you, we cannot contain this disease in Nigeria. Please come out and join hands with us to prevent a national outbreak of this disease.

Exactly! Right from the time we heard of ebola outbreak in West Africa in march, our FG has done nothing to curtail the spread. They all sat with hands together and then telling us everything was under control. Tell me how they let a Liberian man of all places, who was also obviously sick cross our border without proper screening?

you do not know what is happening on the other side(ghana). They(Ghanaians) are happy that Nigeria has recorded ebola case in Nigeria. They are not considering the fact that it was a liberian that brought it to Nigeria. I smell school is about to resume and I know they are like 'this Nigerians would bring Ebola to Ghana'.
