A Doctor, a saviour and a warrior. Your exit was a very glorious one. Your name will indelibly be written in the history of Nigeria as a hero who defied death to save thousands of life. You came, you saw, you. conquered. Rest in peace.

For her to have sent the blood samples down, it means she already suspected the man(I won't mention his name) had Ebola. Yet she still attended to him. Delegates and Men of power came and INSISTED the man be released, she refused because she knew the medical implications. And yet she still attended to him.
She knew the risk better than anyone, being a doctor she knew the symptoms, the pains she would go through, the obvious danger to her life, and yet she attended to him.

Now she is dead. The nurse is also dead. Their bodies are going to be burnt to ashes, cremated to prevent further spread. Not even a proper African burial.

These are the real heroes of the country. These are the true honourables, the true compatriots. These women are the true 'excellencies'.
