Those animalistic police robbers pictured should be arraigned immediately if at all they are real policemen

The police has been aiding the vandals over a decade now in that area. Seeing the police behaving that way shouldn't be a surprise, they are protecting their interest. People living in that area know better but who will they report to? Is it the same currupt police? The truth is we still have a very long way to go in this country.
