it can't happen again. slavery thrived only during d colonial era. However, with every country in d world becoming independent, the colonial masters now resort to neo-colonialism.

Machines have been replacing humans for labor.
The needs for "slaves" as reduced drastically: sex, organs.

It will not be possible. The only thing they can do is drown us in debts like they are doing now. We will end up be economically enslaved. But the aspect of taking people it was in the past will not be possible. The type of fear due to lack of exposure that in the past will not exist again.

The only possibility is ahead in future, if there is interplanetary or Galactic exploration, we may have the possibility of people being moved to other planets and Solar systems where they will work on hash conditions to build facility (even against their will) because the distance is far and may be difficult returning back to Earth.

I'll do my best to buy Patience Jonathan. She'll be the perfect comic relief after a hard day of me supervising the field to make sure GEJ is working instead of being lazy getting drunk under the trees and that Metuh, Abati, Reno, Okupe, Fani Kayode,Oduah, Diezani and co are not keeping busy stealing all the farm produce for themselves.

Re: What If The West Decides To Bring Back Slave Trade Era??? by Nobody: 9:16pm On Aug 28, 2014
Don't be shocked if many poverty stricken Africans flock joyously to servitude under white supremacy in the name of running away from Africa. grin

Since the west is the defacto leader of the world I doubt that much will be done anyway. They'll probably whip up propaganda and media support to slowly acclimatize unsuspecting, dumb folks into believing in the righteousness of such acts.
