Dear NLders,My mum called to tell me that family doctor said my dad's cholesterol level is quite high and she then asked for myy advice in terms of his new diet(I'm no doctor doh). I would please love to know the name of any groundnut oil sold in Nigeria,without cholesterol as well as meals that doesn't 'ave it as well.
NB: pls as a Nigerian I obviously won't consider salad as food,since is so expensive to prepare & doesn't "full belle",thanks
