Note that the money you deposited yesterday has today as the value date. What returns are you expecting?

So what are you expecting today by this time? Bros take it easy. Everything is in order. check your account much later today or tomorrow you will see your money and the accrued interest as par the rate you were told. No worries. You made a good choice to start investing in mmf. You will not regret your decision. Try and increase and enlarge your investment horizon as your income increases, but beware of ponzi schemes.

Hello co-investors, I subscribed online for redemption of part of my investment in stanbicibtc mutual fund today 14th Aug. 2019 but my investment was reduced with the amount and it has not been credited to the account number i submitted .
pls how long does it take to recieve your redemption request online?

So I went to their HQ today. They said it was a system issue (d guy was mumbling tins through the phone).

Apparently I wasn't the only one with the issue so it's likely that anyone you liquidated last week would have the same issue.

Told them to cancel since I didn't need the cash again. It looks like its only when you go to the HQs of these investment houses that you make headdway.

That's my update.

If you did it before 12pm, you should get it before the day runs out but if after 12pm, tomorrow then.

Hope you adhered to the 30 days timeline before liquidating?

I submitted a request for liquidation(FBN MMF) on monday and I've been credited today @ 3:30pm. I believe it will be resolved soon.

No cause for alarm, they updated their website, you can login now and notice their site is looking different in terms of graphics..

I ask an insurance lady that came to my office today, the difference between MMf and insurance, her response was like the difference in terms of the interest rate is almost the the same
she went further to explain that whilst the the the MMF interest rate hovers around 10% and above (average per annum) as against the insurance that u get 5% ( no COT and VAT during payout), the MMF isn't really going to make much difference because at the point of redeeming your investment the COT and the VAT that will be deducted would reduce it down close to the insurance rate, how genuinely true is this? Becouse even while I was studying Islamic Engineering I new already that this isn't totally true though,

When is time to collect ur Cash eh .....Fbn MMF is the Best. I requested to liquidate part of my investment yesterday and just this morning I got credited around 5.30am.....
