freshdude2: Well, I have used on numerous occasions. Stressful, I might add. But it does preserve the natural taste of the food. But you knew that. Right? I don't know about preserving natural taste but I used it one in a while back then Depending on what I wanted to cook, I would grate, slice, blend or stone grind my onions & pepper |

bukatyne:It does preserve the purest form of pepper/tomatoes as there's extremely little water added. You're basically cooking ground pepper not pepper and water. |
