Am a student of federal poly nekede food tech to be specific,I did ma rag day today. I was told dat rag day is fun and welll it was a bit fun but realiii stressful.I live at world bank area N so before 7 in d morning I was already up dressed up,made excessive make up took ma tin and den started d noise I went all around ma areas,zones and even close by market.I woundnt say it wasn't a sucess it was but hmmm stress dey but am so glad because I knw I reali burned off some fat.well just back took ma bath,ma lunch and relaxing.ma legs are reali aching me. Ma peeps hw was ur own experience.sorry dat I have no picture to display. |
