Hi guys,

Please I need recommendations on the set sequence of the following activities required to finish a duplex under construction at Ajah Lagos.:
1. Installation of outdoor plumbing pipes.
2. Tiling of the indoor floors and walls.
3. POP of the ceiling and some walls.
4. Fixing of the doors (internal and external).
5. Painting of the internal; walls.
6. Painting of the external walls.
7. Installation of the Electrical fittings.
8. Installation of the plumbing fittings (toilet seats, baths etc).
9. Outdoor landscaping (flooring, interlocking stones etc).
10. Changing regular gate to gate with wheels.
