I think Vector is technically better than Phenom, but I just can't get over that voice...I can appreciate when you learn from someone, but how can you steal that person's whole style and voice. Vector straight up jacked Jay Z's voice, flow, and swagger. I am still waiting for him to re-invent himself and start rapping with another flow other than hov's.
