You need a domicillary account or if you know anyone in the US,UK or any country that adsense pays money to the banks ,

western union does not work with adsense in Nigeria

p.s how did you register for your payments with adsense,

If you know of anyone around you with a dormicilliary account,ask him to help you.You will pay it into his account,but be willing to strike up a deal with such and tell the receiving cashier about the deal,and alternatively write an agreement with him or her.
