Hi everyone, I represent a London Buyer of crude (BLCO). we RAN INTO A FAKE SELLER WHO CANNOT GIVE US ATB AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS. After raising many financial instruments, like BPU, LC & N110Million naira indemnity, we havent heard from the seller till now. Pls we need genuine sellers to come to our rescue. This is part of what is giving Nigeria a bad name abroad. If you can give us ATB to do our Q & Q, we'll sign your SPA and pay with certified draft.
