If they do nuke the filibuster and change the rules on Supreme Court nominees, they should keep in mind that they may not control the Senate in 2018 which means Trump, if he's still in office or Pence won't get anything approved ever again till the end of their terms

By appointing a mini- Me Scalia, he really is testing the Democratic democratic resistance. Knowing the GOP for having no decency, they'll push their nominees across and shove their policies with 51 votes when they change the rules. I am more confident now that they will fail at every agenda, we may suffer some of their god awful choices, in the end, we'll ride out the ugly waves with a new sane government.

Do I need to remind you what your crazy ineffective party did 2009-2013? Obama could not get anything done. Republicans filibustered obama's Circuit court appointment complaining about the number of judges, the same republicans under Bush voted for his 11 appointments.

Just so we are clear, we've never held up a Supreme Court appointment like republicans did. Democrats did not invoke the nuclear option to stop a qualified judicial nominee. Republicans filibustered over 100 times in the early presidency of Obama in 2009.
