I saw something just now at Isolo side in Lagos,its a civilian that is collecting money "Ejunge" for policemen now.He with just go to the incoming bus and say "Owo Olopa"and u dare not paying it else you will be asked to park.Pls who else has seen this before and where?How do will address this? |
