My homeland,my birthplace
Filled with life,bubbling with activities
Hustling men,cooking women
That man,I see him,dreams crushed
A mad man talks,even about the pains
Man must survive,man must eat
Children begging,women kneeling
Stomach expanding with the nation's wealth
Election is here,leaders lying,people voting
Always reading,day and night,yet no job
But in the midst of all
I see something
I see hope coming
To liberate the suffering

For me I am mostly content over form. But I think you need to work on your form/structure.
You started well but didn't end too well. (My opinion).
