You don't need a church with tight instrument/singers to develop your music if it is your calling.

Seek the face of the Lord on where you should start from; most likely, you'll be directed by The Holy Spirit to one small church group to go develop their music department- I tell you, that's where your gift would be needed more and you'll sure gain better experience there than being in an already established band.

nope, am presently out of my former church..I need a more edifying, electrifying,tongue ranting,demon bashing,holy ghost filled church..*winks*.
