Haba in this generation? The acct can be opened as a minor and his parent wil be the signatory pending when a clock 18. Meanwhile, he can always use the ATM to transact/withdraw. that shouldn't be a problem because some banks can give him procedure to open an account with them.the person should ask the bank official what it takes to open an account as a minor.they have procedures for that.more over, some banks don't look at that.tell the person to visit other banks
