water to make sure its clean

then water and soap for the hands.

You're right on point. I then noticed that no one says what should happen afterwards. Either you use tissue, water, or both, always wash hands with soap afterwards.

Water, the most preferred method in wiping that as5. Water and Soap does the job perfectly for me when I am home. No stains, nothing. With tissue, there are stains. Just imagine when u get plenty hair for yansh and u dey use tissue... Abegi, na water win am. I use tissue when I am in public. Water 100% clean. Tissue 90% clean, paper 40% .

exactly!i go 4 BOTH.d little water in my yansh irritates gon.wen i'm done usin d toilet,i usually hang around with only towel 4 a wyl or beta still,i go av my bath.

If u use tissue paper, u are on ur own o..when the heat starts heating your....between ur boxers or pants, hmmm we will need AC to purify the air in the room. If not na condensed odour we go de smell. Na d girls own even worse. Just conduct simple experiment. Buy 10 boxers: 5 for one week and 5 for another week. The first all through from monday to friday, when u go to toilet, rinse with water and ensure u were one boxer tru out that day. Smell the boxer and u will smell no odour, repeat this for the remaining 4 boxers. as 4 me i use both, after using tissue then i use water. though i can use only water if tissue isn't available, but i can't imagine using only tissue, there is no way i'ld be 100% clean using only tissue...

I got a hairy bottom and I clean just fine! I think the differences has to do with how you were brought up! It makes the other method Look alien. I was brought up using a tissue! And washing with water . And I have never had an hassles

Water is better.Tissue paper can stick to ur private part and cause infection.Tissue paper can as well introduce dirts while water washes off dirts.So water is better in all ramifications
