Wike is yet to tell the rivers people how he hope to govern them. In this austerity measure period, how would he raise fund to develop the state. If river people sell their conscience to stomach infrastructure things which I believe only the ikwerres would and not the calabaris ijews ogonis etc then they would live to regret it. Comming frm mandela car wash going towards ikwere road, just befor hitting ikwere road u will see the board cospicously standing at the middle of the road. Civic center is dead smack on the road that leads into Tombia Extension. .

I've not seen it but I believe its true because in 2011 same billboard was done for Amaechi(PDP) vs Sekibo(APC) at market junction mile 4 on IKWERRE road.

It's on Ikwere Road, civic centre junction. Very close to mile 3 flyover bridge.
