it should be this way..
(1 2)(-1 1)= (3 11)

u will get more explanation on this in lamlad maths.TOPIC: ratio and proportion. Tink it should b d 2nd or 3rd topic.just seeing it nw.pains me I wasn't d 1st to solve it
