In any event, the man was an employee of the federal ministry of Defence for several years as an army officer. That’s what some people on this forum are forgetting. Military personnels , both other ranks and officers inclusive, are direct employees of the federal republic of Nigeria through the federal ministry of Defence. For him to have been employed as an officer, the ministry of Defence would have ensured he had school cert. He is simply asking his old empoyer, the federal republic of Nigeria to re-employ him! is Nigeria now saying it can’t remember in what capacity he was previously employed and wha qualifications he used to secure that employment with the MInistry of Defence?
