Mike here you are again making incitement and malicious comments. Here Enugu (the least collection of PVC in the country) nearly 40% is yet to be collected. These PVC are there. Ekweremadu is running ads on Dream FM begging people to go and collect their PVCs.

There are many reason for that:
- Many are very reluctant and have lost trust in system under Jonathan.
- The PDP wranglings that preceded the nomination exercise.
- Some are expected to travel long distance to their LGA offices to collect (or other places they did their registration).
- INEC, Political parties and the Politicians did not initially put any operation in place for distributions.
- Grassroots structures like the Churches, town Unions, etc were not factored as channels of distributions.
- The Politicians who wants to Rig themselves into power, were busy with Party struggles, billboards and did not consider the PVC a determining factor.

So mikeansy it is too early to start Crying about Jonathan's eventual defeat. APC strongest tool to victory is Monitoring, to ensure that the unused PVCs are not added to Jonathan - Now tell us where he will get the Fictitious 99%

I just discovered a secret being planned by Campaign for Goodluck Jonathan group. They are giving forms out for masses to fill telling them that they will get benefit from the president. The secret behind this is when you fill this form you have to include your voters card number on it. How are we going to use this Voters card? We will insert the voters card into a machine that will read the card. Once anyone that has sold his card unknowingly for the Goodluck campaign the machine will reject his/her card on election day. It will shows that you have vote already ,because the number will have being used to vote before the election for Goodluck. 100% correct. Besides, pdp's calculation about the collapse of Apc didn't materialize. lronically, it's the pdp that's embroiled in crises everywhere. Gej is set to get the shocker in February election. ln the north people are heavily sensitized about the elections, that explains the massive collection of pvcs there. Politics is a game and the winner is the best player. It takes a last minute turn-around for all the efforts of a particular individual to be fruitless. Don't trust PDP on this one and APC should not glory on this kind of statement because it is political.
Every politician can mobilize crowd,that is what they know how to do best. PDP is not bothered about the crowd following Buhari because the actual knowlegible people that will vote are in their offices and shops working and doing business. The crowd of jobless people,paid people and few party supporters can easily be manipulated so its a matter of you playing your cards well. Bribe INEC officials? Never heard of that. Where I collected mine, I overheard them discussing on the strategy to employ to persuade people to come collect their cards. Moreover, many people have relocated from where they registered in 2011.
