is it because he is the president that EFCC can not probe him. they are to start from the highest in power. Obasanjo is too corrupt for the liking of the Nigerians. |

The EFCC was given the mandate to probe president Obasanjo after Governor Orji Kalu's accusations: See Orji Kalu says President Obasanjo is Corrupt. EFCC Investigates. The Governor refused to substantiate his allegations when the EFCC called for evidence. |

The Immunity clause reigns Obasanjo's govt is just a tyranic democracy. Like fawehinmi rightly said. democracy has been redefined by those in authorities. Its now Government of, by and for the governement. No longer for the people. Baba sege can do anything and go away wit it. Nigeria is a corrupt country...we don't have the power to fight a corrupt ruler. We can talk about that when we change pedestal. |

Okay, elections over: now we know why OBJ will not, has not, was not designed to be, . . . probed by his own creation!!  It's only a matter of time before we see the brainchild of the incumbent Presido!! |

What evidence do the EFCC used in probing other government officials and who gave them such evidence. If the EFCC are working for the interest of Nigeria and Nigerians they should investigate all the activities of government officials without waiting for evidence from anybody my opinion. |

He is the oga pata pata of EFCC. Who can probe him? Anyways, despite the fact that Ribadu has had to do his bidding for all these years, when he gets outta power, nemesis will catch up with him. Atleast the constitution dsnt say that being the Chairman of the PDP board of trustees gives immunity. When he was amending the PDP constitution, he forgot to include that |

the man is not a honourable presido to me, especially the way he and Iwu handled the election, i can forsee him being charged to the world court in Hague for crime against humanities especially the one in Odi Rivers state |
