IBB as a Military General ran a more open society than Buhari. IBB is also a Nigerian by the way!

IBB also had the presence of mind to understand that the will of the people and their votes does matter hence why he had a transition programme. Eventhough the transition did not manifest IBB at least recognised the need for one.
