Resolutions For 2009 Everybody! by Nobody: 1:17pm On Dec 28, 2008 |
I know we've thrown away the mentality that waits until a new year before starting a resolution (i hope). but there's something about the end of one year and the beginning of the next that makes you think about the silly mistakes you made last year, and how you want to turn a new leaf with the incoming year. I've already started on some of these resolutions, but hey! nothing like January 1 to put some seriousness in my bones, aye? So here's mine 1. Stop eating groundnuts (i need to fast and pray for this to happen ), cut down on sweet, fatty and processed foods. 2. Add a bit more color and craze to my wardrobe (no prayer needed here, just money ) 3. Take a couple of new courses/classes (2008 was my most brain-dead year ever! ) 4. Save money (i need fasting and prayer to do this too ) 5. Call my family more (i'm terrible at calling) 6. Love God more (it's all too easy to skip the morning chat when u're in a hurry to get to work) 7. Take more photographs of friends and family 8. Marry my sisters off so i can have the house to my self What's yours? |
