Cambridge as at the time were the ones that were conducting the exams, and ofcourse WAEC won't have the records, but anyway if he likes let him buy Jamb form and present as certificate, I am solidly behind him

We don't care about GMB's certificate.... Even if we did, Cambridge University College, not Waec, was the body that organized that exam.. So Waec has no business telling us any crap about GMB's certificate undecided

Talking about certificates, see where the clueless fisherman with all his certificates has landed us angry

He should ask Cambridge to release his result. Is that too difficult to ask?

Mr. Philips, pls what exactly is eating you up? Your harsh response and your earlier generalisation do not (pls underline) potray you as enlightened.

You have such an awfully low boiling point. Something you need to watch, especially for your age vis a vis your cardio/coronary health.

Just advising.

Cheap phones and data bundles have imported too many eediots into the internet. I can't help but spot you guys out. How can dunces be asking a General ten times more enlightened than their parents of certificates on the net? Keep your advice, am very fit.

Nigerians must be vigilant. I suspect APC might be working on how to authenticate that result they published. Òyibo too could be corrupt. It's everywhere, but I doubt if Cambridge would give them the much needed support even at a cost.

Please we need new electoral laws. If you don't have at least a B.Sc or BA or HND you can't aspire to be a president. What is secondary school certificate in this age and time when we should be moving forward and not backward.

Court should do the needful, disqualify GEJ and GMB.GEJ for the reasons you stated, GMB for unable to present relevant documentation and lying under oath.
mickeymimi:
Jonathan have NO right to seek re-election.

He did not inherit the remaining part of Yaradua's presidency. a president is able to take the oath of office only twice. No inheritance in government.. Jega pronounced him RE-ELECTED if you remember in 2011.If GEJ wanted two full terms he should have allowed the Senate president conduct a fresh election after Yaradua's death. He has already taken two Oaths

There was no provision in our law for completing someone else's term of office (term is term and it is a joint ticket held by both the president and vice so it is not construed as different). it was two terms or two oaths period. Once you have sworn oaths twice that is it.
As our constitution stand today no provision for anyone completing somebody's term as long as "swore oaths twice" remains there.

may be he should not have sworn the Oath of Office the first time as himself. May be he should have shared the Presidential power with Mrs. Turai Yar'adua,
As it is NOW, President Jonathan has already sworn the Oath of office as Nigerian President twice and he is essentially seeking a third Swearing-in and he wants to sit as Nigerian President for 10 years, where the Constitution said the MAXIMUM tenure of any one person, as President in Nigeria, including that one person called Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, shall not exceed eight years, of two terms of four years each. The Nigerian Constitution made provision for a condition under which a person may be on the seat as President, for longer than eight years in case of wars, such as a war making it impossible to conduct an election, but obviously no such person shall be required to take the Oath of office more than the maximum of two times.

Jonathan cannot be swear in thrice.

You are too obsessed with the word 'general'. Remember it's only in an establishment- the army. In the academia, there are Professors, in the civil service, there are Permanent Secretaries. So why won't the authenticity of a 'general' (or perm second or professor) come to question when there is reasonable cause for doubt.

One clear thing, Mr. Philips. Your general was admitted into the army without possessing basic qualification. This has long been proven. In fact that is the only thing that is clear about all the fussy messy foundation of your dear general. In more rational climates, he will immediately be stripped of that title. But now, encourage discuss that will enable your 'general' to take appropriate steps to clear himself because even Mr. President can come under such scrutiny.

Finally, I'm not convinced that a forum such as this is for someone like you Mr. Philips. Kindly consider logging out with you 'pricely' phone since you are opposed to 'cheap' phones (low-cost access to global information highway).
