First of all, for you guys who are of the opinion that the bible is against reincarnation,though not expressly stated, the prophets in the bible prophesied about the reincarnation of Elijah the Tishbite and Jesus confirmed that Elijah did come in person of John the baptist, his fore-runner. Now let me give you this account from one someone close to me. So there was a woman who had two sons. She was very close to the senior and their bond even transcended the normal mother son relationship. After a while, the woman died and was buried. As was I was told the younger one lived in lagos, while the older one lived in the village. So after some years the younger son gave birth to a baby girl. But this girl had a problem. She was always fond of crying. Whenever they took this girl to, this girl will always cry. In church she will cry, at home she will cry, even when they give her _breast to suck, she will still cry. This became a very serious issue and the parent started seeking for help. So one day, a relation of theirs came to their house and the parents narrated their ordeal to him. As it was, the little girl like always was just busy crying as the parents were narrated her problem to this elderly relative as they were all in the sitting room. The relative then turned to the little girl and made this statement "anam ahu mmagi na nwa" this loosely translates to " I can see your mother in this girl. Immediately he made that statement, the girl stopped crying and went into the room. And she never cried again as she used to. After a few days after that event, they took the girl to the village. Immediately the car stopped in their compound and the elder brother of the girl's father came out to welcome them, this little girl immediately ran towards him and embraced him tightly and didn't want to leave his side. *This other story is the one my mum narrated to me. My mum had an uncle who had a mark on his bottom that he got when he suffered from an accident when he was tapping palm wine. When my mum's younger brother was born, that exact mark was noticed on his bottom and at the same spot. *A woman shared a story of her 3-year old son told her that he liked his “new daddy,” even though her husband was his biological father. Confused, the mother asked him why. He replied, “My old daddy was really mean. He stabbed me in the back and I died. But I really like my new daddy, he’d never do that to me.” *8-year-old James Leininger of Louisiana began talking about aviationat 2 years old. His parents reportedly knew nothing about the subject, and were amazed when their little boy started displaying such an extensive knowledge of planes. Their amazement turned to alarm when James started having nightmares about being shot down by a plane with a red sun on it, a Japanese plane. He talked about having dreams and memories of being Lieutenant James McCready Huston, a World War II fighter pilot from Pennsylvania who had been killed in Iwo Jima more than 50 years earlier. Andrea, his mother, said that James would scream at the top of his voice, ‘Airplane crash, on fire, can’t get out, help,’ as he kicked and pointed to the Later, James told his parents that he had flown a plane called theCorsairfrom a boat called theNatoma. When James’s father decided to do some research, he discovered that there had been a small escort carrier called theNatoma Bay, which had been in the Battle of Iwo Jima, and that there really had been a pilot called James Huston. His plane was hit in the engine by Japanese fire on March 3, 1945. According to Jim Tucker, a psychologist at the University of Virginia, Huston’s plane crashed exactly the way that young James Leininger had described. A 3-year-old boy in the Golan Heights caused quite a stir whenhe claimed he was murdered in a past life. The boy, a member of the Druze ethnic group, which believes in reincarnation, had a long red birthmark on his head; according to some Druze beliefs, birthmarks indicate where death wounds occurred during a past life. When the boy learned how to talk, he started telling elders that he had been killed by an axe blow in a prior life. The boy was led through several villages to see if any of them were familiar to him. Once he found a familiar village, he claimed that he knew exactly who had killed him. “Suddenly the boy walked up to a man and said, “Aren’t you … (Eli [Lasch] forgot the name)?” And the man said "Yes" then the boy told said "I used to be your neighbour. We had a fight and you killed me with an axe.” Eli told me how the man had suddenly gone white as a sheet. The three-year-old boy then said, “I even know where he buried my body.” — Trutz Hardo, “Children Who Have Lived Before: Reincarnation Today” Afterward, the boy led his elders to a pile of stones, under which they found a body with an axe wound in its head. He also led them to the spot where the axe was buried, reportedly forcing his killer to confess the crime. If all these stories aren't prove enough, I don't know what is.
