an accounting firm in Ikeja needs an assistant/secretary that assist the MD in some routine work. he or she will be responsible for - providing both clerical and admin support to the MD - Organizing and storing document and computer based information - Manipulation of statistical data - Prioritizing work load - Coordinating staff under its jurisdiction - Organizing and servicing meeting. Applicants are expected to possess the following skills - Microsoft office skill especially Excel and Ms word - Strong verbal and writing communication. - Strong cognitive ability. The ASSISTANT/SECRETARY reports to the MD, OND qualification with minimum 1 year experience. Having accounting knowledge is an added advantage and must possess a personal drive to succeed in fast-paced environment.
