Someone , a lady with a 9months old baby asked me this question and I really do not know the answer but promised to get the gurus here help out. She intends to do a masters programme in d UK or Germany and wants to know if she would be granted a study permit with her baby?

The answer is yes if she can afford it

Thanks Mr.Justwise, she got a place in a tuition free university in Germany,so would d money she has to open an account with be higher than the required? Would she have to get a passport for the child? Thanks!
