Lolest!!! Dat word, toto, means "mumu/foolish" in France. E.g: cet eleve est un toto = dis student is foolish.

Even in naija.u say one tin in a state n it means another in another state. Onukwu in kogi state is "my frnd",but in ibo it means "a fool."
Olaniyi in youba is a name n has sometin to do with wealth but in ibo it means "u r useless"
