and this too well i guess its complicated but some part of the African culture and Nigerians in general behave in ways that would make u wonder. Maybe because some are brought up to actually think that beign a woman is a disadvantage. Here are some of the things some nigerians believe about men and women that sometimes influnces the way he thinks because thatz whatz obtainable where he grew up. As a man he might feel like 1 I don't have to worry about beign devalued after having sex once. 2 I am not regarded as beign of higher value because ive not had sex and of lower value if i have sex once 3 I don't have to stick and cling to an abusive marriage because i fear that no other man will want someone that another man has used and devalued 4 I don't have to worry about living the rest of my life without good sex because even if i don't have good chemistry with my wife, i can always have hot sexy momas outside giving me the real rubbish 5 I can always sleep with 42 women and marry virgin and if she is boring in bed, i will have like 3 mistresses outside who will blow my mind WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD THE NIGERIAN MAN LIVES IN So when he mixes up with women from other places, having been told that a woman having sex once devalues her, he finds it incomprehensible that a woman would be intrested in a man just for physical reasons. He wants a submissive wife and a freaky mistress because he comes from a place where it is obtainable. If his house and his car would be taken away from him (including part of his accounts) too like itz done in the west for infidelity, i don't know anyone will still be thinking like that. |

krudol i know there are good nigerian guys out there, and maybe the problem is that legs arent being spread apart, so dont jump to conclucions, i was born and raised in nigeria, though i live in teh us i go home every year so i think i know a thing or two about nigerian men. my opinion is my opinion and one naija brother in london is not going to change my mind about how i feel ok. so the insults arent necessary. its just how i feel full stop |

@Tanicarr Nigerian men are not the only group of black men who attend church and then want to turn around and have premarital sex. So if you are looking for a black man to not try and sleep with you because he is Nigerian or goes to church, you can forget it. Also, AA men will try to use you for sex as well as the Nigerian men but Nigerian men also know that if a woman is weak, no matter if she is Nigerian or AA, it mite be a chance he can get some punnany from that woman. Nigerian women sleep around as well but in Nigeria, it is not talked about like gossip is in America. There are some real good Nigerian men out there. Yes, you should just be your self and so far you are doing good because at least you don't think they are innocent just because they are Nigerian. Anything an AA man does, so can a Nigerian man do. Don't let these Nigerian sisters in here try to make you feel like you can't be with a Nigerian man because you are not a Nigerian black woman. Black is black and to show you something interesting, even some Nigerians won't mess with each other because they are from different tribes. Consider yourself from another tribe. I am declaring myself officially single again,although I guess in the guys mind I have been single all along. I just want to know how an american girl who love the nigerian culture, get a Nigerian to see her as more than just an "acata" or an black american.What are some signs that he may like us for real? What can we do to make Nigerian men look at us as possible wives and not just harlots. It could be that majority of you entice naija guys with sexiness. Sexy - means to be attractive for sexual purposes. If all you are is SEXY, what then do you think a guy will take you for? espcially a naija guy. Black Entertainment Network (BET) is currently owned by WHITE partners and I do not expect trailer trashes to depict the Black American community that the world haven't seen. You will seldom see dark skinned women in videos, movies, and networks portraying beauty for society STILL view dark skinned women as unattractive and too "African" looking.
