No state in the world is free from the word quaruption, no human is not corrupt some are greater in quaruption while some have minor. However the case may be quaruption is quaruption and God want us to be quaruption free.

I think the only state that is corruption free in Nigeria is sambisa state nobody there practice an act of corruption there but stealing is allowed after all stealing is not corruption.
