He can't remember when he applied, he's not in Imo state and he wants to know if they're real and all that. Yea, I know the institute. I taught there b4 I went for my nysc back in 2010. They really cool. Its REAL. Moreover, the address is also real but considering remuneration, they don't offer that much. 15k or less depending on what u've got upstairs to offer their students.
