if is just for security matter then INEC shouldn't be there since INEC chief is not security chief

or if Jonathan had wanted to do it in a matured and unbiased way he could have called the presence of buhari too (since he buhari knows too well about the security matters and is also a candidate in the election just like Jonathan )
