Just to confirm with you. When I submitted my documents, the embassy did not take passport photo from me and also gave back my int. passport with 'stamp to say that I have applied'. Was that the case with you as well?

They said they will call me once my visa is approved.

Alot of up front payments 80 euro application fee if accepted 500 euro reservation fee.

the embassy will surely call you once your visa is out
am sure the consul scanned ur intl passpot.

Check the website of bulgarian ministry of foreign affairs, u will see d list of accredited universities.
Some universities take money for recognition fee.

Thanks, yes o but that's the cheapest culinary school I saw with the recognition they say they have.

And I also checked the site didn't see it that's why i asked.
